main problems
the trees represent a physical barrier with the sea and the surrounding context;
there is no relation between the sea and the buildings;
the area doesn't have an unitary image and the architectural elements are not recognizable – lack of identity.

The project intends to give the area a strong recognition and character trough a system of tracks that establishes relations between the trees, the sea and the existing construction. The ramps in these tracks have different forms and angles in contact with the surrounding landscape.
The new structures will receive a great number of public facilities, such as playgrounds, areas to play sports and multipurpose spaces, joining the several ideas of the project.
The choice of taking the tracks and all these activities to the interior of the pine-trees forest comes with the need of transforming it into a living space, pleasant and interesting. The “sacrificed” trees will allow building all the tracks in wood. This way, it will become part of the nature and landscape.
