The project starts in the idea of preserving the existing façades, maintaining also the aspect of the main street. It has two main volumes: the first has the roof and the shape of the original volume; the second has a flat cover, it contains all the service functions in the house (bathrooms, kitchen...) and allows to collect the rain water in a tank located in the basement. One only central chimney, born of functional and organizative system of the house, will collect all the existing exits to smoke and sanitary ventilation.
