This is a plot
which, like the other adjacent plot, gains from the presence of the
pine trees and the relationship between this grove of trees and the
grass meadow of the golf course to the north.
The building is
built around a central axis (which organises distribution and the
toilet and kitchen installations), placing the volumes for the
functional areas (bedroom quarter, office, dining room and living room)
on one side and the other in a haphazard manner, creating areas which
are empty( the garden) throughout this central volume. This therefore
allows access to good natural sunlight from the south to all the
compartments and an excellent relationship between all this areas and
the outdoors, with varying degrees of accessibility and relationship:
private;semi-private;open.
On the inside, the
central volume emerges above the level of the building so as to allow
the natural ventilation of the enclosed areas of the toilet facilities.
